Want To Live Longer – Walk Faster!

My dear women, here's one more tip and a piece of knowledge, and proof, that those people who walk faster, live longer!

These findings were reported in the Journal of American Medical Association.

1. A person with a walking speed lower than 2 feet per second (or 0.6 meters per second) may be at a higher risk for poor health.
2. Quick walking strides put you into the ranks of people with healthier and longer life.
