Enjoy The Flavor, Not Extra Calories

Just a quick note for all of you who are trying out different ways to enjoy your food selection this new year.

Lemon Zest! The rind of a lemon - or any citrus fruit - is a very healthy, taste boosting ingredient to any dish or drink of your choice!

Add some grated lemon to your salads, main dishes, sandwiches, water or juices to boost flavor and enjoy this healthy additions to your new year's food choices!
