Reducing Obesity and Lowering Inflammation

Inflammation – Your Friend. And a Deadly Enemy.
By guest blogger Boyd Jentzsch
Inflammation is an important defense of your bodyʼs immune system to infections,  injured or damaged cells, and irritants. Inflammation is your bodyʼs attempt to remove damaging stimuli and start the healing process.

Inflammation is Your Bodyʼs Friend

Without inflammation, wounds and infections would never heal. Over time the progression of destroyed tissue would threaten your survival. In this very real sense, inflammation is a very important friend to your body.

Chronic inflammation (basically, prolonged inflammation), over time, changes the type of cells at the site of inflammation. This leads to the simultaneous destruction of both your injured tissue, and the tissues that are being repaired by the inflammation process.

Chronic Inflammation is Your Deadly Enemy
This over-expression, or lack of control, of the normal protective mechanism of inflammation caused by the continuing (or chronic) inflammation, has been linked to a large number of highly destructive health conditions, including:
• Alzheimerʼs disease
• Arthritis (rheumatoid)
• Atherosclerosis
• Several forms of cancer
• Cognitive decline
• Digestive system diseases
• Hay fever
• Heart disease
• Insulin resistance
• Obesity
• Osteoporosis
• Type-2 diabetes.

Even low levels of inflammation, over many months and years, can cause these diseases to be unleashed, and progress.

The regular American diet, and increasingly the diet of those all over the modern world, is known to foster low chronic inflammation in most people. This is why it is very important for you to control, reduce, and eliminate chronic inflammation.

Chronic Inflammation Kills Healthy Tissue
It is thought this wide range of seemingly unrelated diseases is caused by the dominating presence of macrophages in the injured tissue. These macrophage cells, called into action by the inflammation process, are powerful defensive agents of your body.

But the toxins macrophages release to protect your body from infections (including reactive oxygen species – free radicals which cause oxidative damage) are injurious to your bodyʼs healthy tissues as well as to invading pathogens. Consequently, chronic inflammation is almost always accompanied by healthy tissue destruction.

Recent studies show that the oxidative effect of the free radicals (from macrophages) on lipids (blood fats), normally present in cellular membranes, contributes to disruption of the balance of your immune tolerance, and ultimately provokes chronic inflammation.

Over time, chronic inflammation causes the disruption of the tightly controlled balance between immune responses and healthy tissue destruction. More and more healthy tissues are destroyed, leading to the many different forms of the highly deadly diseases noted above.

Reducing Obesity and Lowering Inflammation
It is now known that high levels of several inflammation-related markers are associated with obesity. In clinical studies, inflammatory-related molecule levels were reduced and increased levels of anti-inflammatory molecules were seen within weeks after subjects began a proper diet full of anti-inflammatory foods or supplements, and they reduced their weight. The association of systemic inflammation with obesity and insulin resistance is the subject of intense clinical research.

Chronic Inflammation Must Be Controlled
For these reasons, the control, lowering, and elimination of chronic inflammation is one of your most important goals for eating healthy, and taking dietary supplements. Without eliminating chronic inflammation, most of the other reasons individuals take supplements will ultimately prove to be of little value.

Making your body healthy must begin with understanding, and eliminating, chronic inflammation.

GreeNoodle Follows The Cleopatra Traditions

Love, love going to Food Shows. Why? It's a great opportunity  to see how big and small companies respond to current lifestyle needs. Needs for healthy and sustaining food. Needs for rejuvenating and deliciously nutritious food.

As you may know, understanding of what "healthy" means differs. So do the responses, i.e., product design and manufacturing differ by every company and brand.

Live and learn, and pass it on if it is really worth it. GreeNoodle is worth it, in my humble opinion. Yes, I just discovered something very nutritiously healthy. And yummy. And family-, kid-friendly, too. Because my two-year old ate it, didn't push the dish with green noodles away, it is worth of mentioning the achievement of this company.

This is GreeNoodle made out of moroheiya (origin Arabic “mulukhiya” meaning “The food of the Kings.”)

You haven’t heard of moroheiya? Keep reading and counting the facts why this product is a must in your pantry.

Moroheiya boasts the following qualities
  • Rich in Potassium, Calcium, Iron, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B9, C
  • High in dietary Fiber
  • Has smoothing effect on skin (even Cleopatra used it in her ancient skin routine)
  • No Cholesterol
  • Delicious and nutritious in your own creative recipes

Why to buy GreeNoodle brand
  • Made without MSG
  • No Preservatives or Artificial Colors
  • Non Fried Noodles
  • They have Vegan and Vegetarian varieties

Where to buy
Buy it online www. greenoodles.com or in California stores and markets

Laura’s Stamp of Approval – 5 Stars
The taste is chewy and fresh. If you’re creative with sauces, you can make a winner lunch or dinner dish – be it a salad, or soup, or even a dessert – in no time. I highly recommend this product to anyone who is busy and does not consume a lot of good whole foods.
Kids would love it if you take a chance and introduce this simple and filled with nutrients food to them. They’ll thank you every time you cook something with GreeNoodle.

Is there room for improvement for this product? You bet. I already have a lot of ideas of "how-to's" as I was preparing these green nutritious noodles for my son. Do you? Let me know.

Disclosure: I look for and find products that contribute health and happiness to my daily life. I try them, research them and the ingredients they are made with. If they fall into my high rating standard – I recommend them to my family, friends, and any person who cares.

Abundant Nutrition Shall Curb Your Appetite and Control Your Hunger

Feed your cravings. You'll weigh less.
With all the talk about controlling your hunger – and it is a subject that deserves attention – what ALWAYS gets lost in the discussion is the role of cravings.

Cravings defeat your best intentions to control your weight. They are so powerful, you can't ignore them.

Cravings are distinct from your hunger. Your cravings are telling you You are missing something in your diet. They are your cells telling you in the only way they know how that you need to pay attention to your diet's specific nutritional deficiencies.

Trouble is, you (all of us actually) are not very good at understanding the specific language your cravings speak. So, when your cells are yelling, "Give me more protein, stupid," you think a cup of hot chocolate just might quiet and do the trick.

While strong hunger will make you overeat, cravings will make you eat between your meals. It will make you eat the wrong foods. And it will make you eat precisely the foods that will trigger more hunger when you eat again.

So how do you kill your cravings? Abundant nutrition.
Feed your cravings by feeding your cells what they are looking for. And do it three times a day.

While your hunger is concentrating on you consuming a lot of different kinds of calories, your cravings are asking you to scavenge for specific nutrients. The difference can be confusing.

How do you know which nutrients to feed your body? You don't. At least not easily. Because what your body needs is a lot more than you can get in a vitamin bottle or a fortified cereal. Your body – nature – is far too complex for such simple formulas.

Consider the apple. It is composed of about 10,000 different chemicals. Science knows what less than 90 of them do. Does that mean you don't need the other 9,910? Of course not. Your body knows what parts of the apple it needs. Perhaps it is craving for all of them. But, just because you don't know which ones your body really needs, and science hasn't a clue, doesn't mean the rest of the apple is worthless.

What should you do? Eat the whole apple. Your body will figure out what it needs. And, I'll bet that one apple will quiet your cravings for a while. Not so sure? Eat two.

You are just going to have to eat a lot of high-nutrient foods (all from natural whole food sources, of course) for a few weeks (this approach takes while to work fully). But, in a short time you will notice your cravings subsiding. Then one day, they will be gone – and you will be delightfully surprised.

Control you hunger. Feed your cravings BEFORE they start yelling – because once they make their insistent presence known, you will eat, you will eat quickly, and you will eat precisely the wrong food – guaranteed.

If you want to control your weight, start by killing your cravings. Then, your hunger will be easier to ignore. With that, you are on your way to losing weight. And knowing how to keep it off permanently.

Losing Weight in A Graceful Way

It's not about less calories. It's about controlling your hunger.
Permanent weight loss is not rocket science. But it is science, nonetheless.

The difficulty with weight loss programs is they concentrate, one way or another, on you eating less. They want you to control the end result – less calories – rather than concentrating on eliminating the triggers that cause you to eat more – your hunger.

If you want to control your hunger – your appetite – you have to know what creates your hunger in the first place. And the surprising fact is that hunger is less about the fact you haven't eaten in a while, than it is about the food you just began eating, and the kind of food you ate in your last meal or snack.

The most prominent trigger of hunger is the status of your blood sugar:
•  If your blood sugar is low when you begin to eat, you can count on over-eating in that meal.
•  If your previous meal was big, or contained a lot of fast sugars (high glycemic) foods, you are going to over-eat in your present meal.
•  If you begin your meal with fast sugars or caffeine or alcohol, you are going to over-eat in that meal.

Controlling your hunger is the first step on your road to permanent weight loss.
And that begins with learning how you get hungry in the first place.

My Instruction Manual for Weight Loss Motivation?

It is easy to lose your way on the road to permanent weight loss. Very easy to get stuck. When you want to lose much more than 25 pounds, it is a process that takes months, not weeks. As the weeks wear by, as the days droll on, it can be dreary, monotonous, annoying. And lonely. A journey not shared with others.

No matter how many pounds you lose there is always this fear that you will slip, and gain most of it back.

Of course there are those moments of joy when you reach one of your interim goals. Certainly there are rewards when others tell you that you're looking slimmer.

But in the alone minutes, in the times when so much is happening and you have to eat on the run, or over a pile of paperwork, it's tough to know what you are really doing – are you doing the right things? It's also easy to find a ton of excuses why this meal, this snack, this day, this week, etc., you have a very good reason not to eat like you know you should.

Permanent weight loss is more about what you feed your brain, than what you feed your body.

Permanent weight loss is more about your belief in your ability to do it, than it is in which program you use to do it.

Permanent weight loss is about learning to connect the dots between what you do each moment, and what happens to your body a year from now.

Permanent weight loss is about commitment to a principle and never backing down. It is about accepting that you don't do everything correctly, and don't do it every time – but you are doing it.

Permanent weight loss is visualizing your body the way it should be, then letting nothing, (including you momentarily falling off the path), stand in your way.

Permanent weight loss is relentless devotion to your ideal body – emblazoned – seared, into your conscious thought – you will NOT be denied.

Permanent weight loss is – or it is not.

There are no half measures on the road to permanence.

So how do you get there? How do you increase your motivation to make all that happen?

How do you achieve the never-fatigued inner resolve to let nothing stand in your way?

How do you get that day-to-day, moment-to-moment motivation drilled into you, pounded into you, convincingly persuaded into you, until you achieve your lifelong goal?

In other words...

...Where is the instruction manual to your weight loss motivation?

The short answer is...

There isn't any. At least none that any other person can tell you, or give to you.

The difficulty with weight loss motivation lies in its inherent contradiction:
a. You can only find the answer to the riddle of your motivational challenge within yourself
b. But you don't really trust yourself to stay motivated

What you don't realize is that your motivation is something that boils up from inside of you. It is not something imposed on you from the outside. It can't be. Besides, it is already there. Dormant. You just need to get all your blockage out of the way, to let your inner motivation escape into the open, then guide your daily actions.

Beset with a record of past weight loss failures, you doubt that is going to happen anytime soon. So you reach instinctively for someone else's opinion. A friend. An expert. A person who has successfully done it. Maybe even Oprah.

What you desperately want is a checklist. A crutch. A guide. A great video series. An inspirational book. A carefully structured way to "find" your everlasting motivation.

An outside guide to weight loss motivation that works, doesn't exist.

None of them. Never has. Never will. And those who tell you otherwise have something to sell you -- perhaps some modern-day snake oil. Or a large swamp outside of Las Vegas that just needs to be drained before you can build a billion dollar hotel on it.

Not that checklists and structured paths (those done with sensitivity and professional skill) can't take you a way down the path of lifting your motivation. A few can. The trouble is, they just can't get you to go all the way to your success. Because that can only come from deep inside you, and no one can tell you how to do that.

So, when these guru's get you part way there, and you ultimately fail, you blame it on yourself. Then you lose even more precious confidence in yourself -- and you had none to spare in the first place.

Reflect and find your way to weight loss motivation success.

Sustaining weight loss motivation, especially if you weigh 50 pounds or more than you should, is exceptionally difficult to maintain month after month using anyone's system. In part, that is because in the really tough moments that always happen, when the pressures can really get to you, you come to realize the "system" you have been relying on is NOT YOU TALKING TO YOU. And that gives you the perfect excuse to reject it. Once rejected, you can never again rely on it. It has been discredited. Then you are back to square one: impaired motivation, with nothing to replace it.

That is why you must find your own way to weight loss motivation.

The purpose of my book "How to Curb Your Appetite – And Stop Your Cravings" is to give you 36 different views of how others have done it successfully (feel free to get a free copy of this e-Book on the left navigation bar). None of them are your path. Nor were they intended to be. Their purpose is for you to seek some alone time to read them. Then reflect. Come back several days later, re-read a chapter, and think about it again.

Personal reflection, repeated often, is a re-building process. No single idea (or chapter) will get you far. No single idea is going to jump out of the page and smack you alongside your head, and have you say, "Eureka, now I've got it!"

As I look back at the faces and remember the stories of those who have been through the process you are going through now, every one of them will tell you that at some point they wanted to just shake me and say, "Laura, just tell me what to do, and I'll do it."

And, in the end, each one of them who made it through successfully now tell me, "Thank you Laura for not "giving" me answers. Thank you for making me think more carefully about myself. Thank you for having the patience to allow me to keep experimenting until I found my own unique way to stay motivated every day. Thank you that I now can trust myself, and know that I am the author of my own success."

Unknowingly, they were not thanking me. They were really just thanking themselves. They did all the interior work and deserve the full credit for their success.

There is NO roadmap to your weight loss motivational success.

Your success is who you already are. You need no map to take you somewhere. There is nowhere to go. Everything you need, everything you require, you already have. You just need to accept that. Then live it.

Reflect and learn one piece of your inner truth at a time. Each piece will build the mosaic of your future, your lifelong, your permanent, weight loss success.

If you want weight loss success, consider what you may not have considered, this way, before.

Passion Fruit for Skin Care and Wellness

The merits of hte passion fruit in skin care and wellness do not stop at its aromatherapeutic benefits. The crushed passion fruit seeds often are used as an exfoliator, helping to cleanse and smooth skin, and beyond that, the seeds have also shown evidence of improving skin health by inhibiting melanogenesis in malanoma cells (actahort.org/books/841/841_82.htm; Y Matsui, T Takahashi, M Kamei, T Ito and Y Katagata, Effect of Passion Fruit on Skin Health. Acta Hort. (ISHS) 841 557-562 (Accessed Nov 19, 2009)

Another wellness benefit that can be enjoyed courtesy of the passion fruit is a better night's sleep. It happens due harman and harmine, the phytonutrients that are slightly sedative (redmountainspa.com/_health_education_fitness/articles/WakingUp.php (Accessed Nov 16, 2009)

Eat it. Drink it. Use as a mask on your skin.

Alpha Hudroxy Acid (AHA) for Your Skin

Quick Sources of Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) for Your Skin

My dear women, thank you for your incredible response to the 4-week Skin Regimen. It is great to hear incredible stories how little steps have changed many of your lives. Keep it happening! Daily!

A lot of your feedback contained questions about Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA): the best sources of AHA, why your skin needs it, if it is safe to use.

Here are some answers to your inquiries.

Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) is found in fruit and vegetables. There are several kinds of AHA, and here's a short list of its sources.
Malic Acid: Apples, vinegar, applesauce, cider
Lactic Acid: Buttermilk, yogurt, tomatoes, sour scream, blackberries, powdered skim milk
Tartaric Acid: Grapes, grape juice, wine, cream of tartar
Citric Acid: Citrus fruits such as orange, grapefruit, lemon, lime
Glycolic Acid: Sugar cane

Fruit acids are beneficial for your skin because they loosen the glue between dead skin cells. That allows the dead cells to fall away, revealing new, smooth, younger and softer skin surface.

Using natural sources of Alpha Hydroxy acid will produce the effects that you could imagine only from the most expensive and sophisticated products. Remember Cleopatra who submersed herself in the milk baths daily? Her skin was gorgeous! And so shall be yours!

Just a bit of quick efforts in the morning or evening: Mask made of fresh blackberries, or yogurt, or grapes. No mixing bowls. No chemicals. Just use the flesh of fresh fruit straight on your face, neck, and decolte.

Minimize Your Wrinkles – Week 4 of Skin Regimen

Week Four to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin
Week 1 – Food for Your Skin
Week 2 – Skin Tone Transformation
Week 3 – Skin Care Products for Daily Use
Week 4 – Minimizing Your Wrinkles

Your Goals This Week:
• Continue with your nutrition and healthy skin and weight loss routine from Weeks One and Two (that’s a MUST, as you step-by-step progress towards the end of the month)
• Research, locate and start using as soon as your skin calls for it the masks, gels, and other products that could help to minimize your wrinkles

How To Achieve the Goals of Week Four
If you take care of your skin on the regular basis by supporting it with proper nutrition and skincare regimen, then you should be way ahead of those who do not do it at all or only once in the blue moon.

Many women cannot afford wrinkle-erasing injections. No worries! There are multiple ways to  keep you look and feel great in addition to your daily-needed plan to care for your precious skin.

I’d like to suggest for your review a few products that I have tried myself or they’ve been recommended by my friends who got noticeable results by using them.

Here are a few topical solutions that mimic the effects of injectables

Enspri Pure Collagen used/mixed with Enspri Vital Hydrator (sold in a Kit)
• The collagen is 100% natural for optimum absorption. It is in powder form and could be mixed with water as a mask on the face or for more visible results, to be combined with Vital Hydrator.
• The hydrator needs to be combined with Pure Collagen
It is an anti-oxidant, activating gel

I’ve been using Enspri’s products for the past two years. The results I get are very noticeable. The products have nice texture and smell.

You can get this product via salons or via internet. Shop for the best price, as it may vary (enspriskincare.com, it is $99.50/kit)

Brandt Crease Release
• It contains a gamma-aminobutyric acid complex that relaxes your facial muscles so that they cannot contract and form creases.
• This product has been recommended by my friend.

You can ask for this product in the salons or buy online (drbrandtskincare.com, it is $150)

There is a multitude of products to satisfy this urgent need – minimize wrinkles – out there. Look for the overall ingredient list, commentaries on line, talk to your peers and friends to form your opinion what is the best for you and your skin.

Stay encouraged and tuned in with your bodily needs. Follow to your best desire and need those easy steps outlined in this 4-week regimen for your skin.

When choosing your night creams or lotions, do keep in mind that in addition to a “clean and natural” ingredient list, these skin care products should feed your skin with nutrients. The night is the best time for feeding skin, as all the rebuilding on the cellular level takes place.

This time, I’d like to offer a link for you where you could read about a lot of brands and types of night creams and make your decision.

Here’s a link: www.nightcreams.org

Please email me or leave a comment what you’re already using for your night regimen or/and plan to use in the near future. Would love to hear from all my readers! Thank you.

Antioxidant Skincare for Daily Use to A Younger, Radiant Skin

Antioxidant Skincare Products for Your Daily Use to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin

Week 3 – Skin Care Products for Daily Use          You Are Here

Sun (ultraviolet radiation), free radicals, aging, poor diet – just to name a few causes of skin damage.

Numerous studies emphasize that foods and skincare products rich in antioxidants are vital to protect your precious skin from premature and severe damage = aging.

That is why look for the products that not only offer the sunscreen protection, but also contain antioxidants that could significantly reduce the generation of free radicals.

Vitamin E and vitamin C are some of the most potent free-radical-quenchers.

My best liked product – again – comes from the Ilike brand by Szep Elet
Antioxidant Grapeseed Serum.

This formula:
  • Slows aging process by fighting free radicals with powerful antioxidants
  • Supplies vitamins to the skin
  • Rejuvenates and tone the skin
  • Decreases inflammation
  • Increases skin’s elasticity by rebuilding collagen

Some of the Ingredients it contains that add to the antioxidant power of the product:
  • Bioflavonoids
  • Poliphenols
  • Resveratrol
  • Vitamins B, C, E
  • Carotene (Provitamin A)

Sunscreens for Your Daily Use to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin

Products with UVA/UVB Sun Protection Contribute to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin

Week 1 – Food for Your Skin
Week 2 – Skin Tone Transformation
Week 3 – Skin Care Products for Daily Use          You Are Here
Week 4 – Minimizing Your Wrinkles

To protect your exposed skin, especially your face and decolte area, we need products with sunscreen in them.

The best I’ve found so far in the market comes from Enspri – Beyond Moisture SPF 15 anti-aging moisturizer with full-spectrum UVA/UVB sun protection.

Beyond Moisture stimulates collagen synthesis and reduces the appearance of wrinkles.

Here’s what to expect from this amazing product based on the Ingredients list:
  • Shea butter – promotes smooth skin by strengthening skin’s cellular connections
  • Avocado oil – is a carrier oil that takes other nutrients straight to the cells; plus, it kills pimple-causing bacteria
  • Cucumber Fruit Extract – tightens and calms down skin irritation
  • Seaweed Extract – balances moisture levels in skin tissues
  • Coenzyme Q10 – serves as an antioxidant and skin rejuvenator
  • Copper and Zinc – add firmness to your skin

I’ve just started using Enspri Beyond Moisture about a month ago. Love what I feel and see. Would recommend to anybody to use this and other of their products.

You can buy Enspri products through skin care professionals and day spas, and also via website www.enspriskincare.com

FYI: I’ve been using Enspri’s products with collagen for the past two years. Love them all!

Cleansers for Your Daily Use to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin

Cleansers for Your Daily Use to Satisfy Any Beautiful Skin Fanatic

Week 1 – Food for Your Skin
Week 2 – Skin Tone Transformation
Week 3 – Skin Care Products for Daily Use          You Are Here
Week 4 – Minimizing Your Wrinkles

My all-time favorite cleansers are coming from this brand – Ilike, by Szep Elet company.

This company uses plant-based ingredients without any chemical additions.

Their skin cleansers help to get rid of the traces of make-up and other pollutants that accumulated on the facial skin during the day.

Plus, their cleansers act as hydrators – that’s exactly what our skin needs to stay young and radiant.

Another plus is that Ilike cleansers nourish the skin cells. The cleansers, depending on the type – see below) contain lemon oils, rose oil, grapeseed oil, mandarin oil, germ oil, pectins, vitamins A, B, C, E, tannin, resveratrol, quercetin (it’s a phytochemical which is a powerful antioxidant), bioflavonoids (natural pigments in fruits and vegetables that have numerous health benefits like stop or slow the growth of malignant cells.), mineral salts, – to name a few.

Szep Elet has 3 different cleansers:
Lemon Cleansing Milk
Rose Petal Cleansing Milk
Grapeseed Cleansing Milk

Love the products by this company due to the lack of chemicals and artificial additives in all of their products, not just in selective ones.

Try them too! You won’t be disappointed!

There is only Do and Not Do.

SkinCare Products for Daily Use – Week Three to A More Hydrated Skin

Week Three to A Younger, Healthier, Radiant Skin

Week 1 – Food for Your Skin
Week 2 – Skin Tone Transformation
Week 3 – Skin Care Products for Daily Use          You Are Here
Week 4 – Minimizing Your Wrinkles

Your Goals This Week:

• Clean your facial skin gently (CLEANSERS for skin)
• Minimize the effects of ultraviolet sun rays (SUNSCREENS for skin)
• Boost your skin with antioxidants (ANTIOXIDANTS for skin)
• Repair your skin at night (NIGHT CREAMS for skin)
• Protect skin around your eyes as a sensitive area in your face (EYE CREAMS fro skin)
• Continue with your nutrition and healthy skin and weight loss routine from Weeks One and Two (that’s a MUST, as you step-by-step progress towards the end of the month.)

How To Achieve the Goals of Week Three

Here’s an approximate list of the types of cosmetic products you may want to have handy for your everyday needs and to accomplish Goals of Week Three.

Cleansers
Use mild formulas with calming effects and suitable for most skin types and morning and evening usage

Sunscreens
Use sunscreens as your daily routine all year-round. The untra-violet rays penetrate your skin creating free radicals, breaking collagen structure, and, thus, aging your skin.

Find sunscreens with a broad-spectrum with SPF 15 or higher.

Antioxidants
Use lotions and serums with antioxidant power. Such skincare products will provide an extra protection against free radicals that are formed under the influence of sun and as a result of chemical processes in your body.

Apply the antioxidant skincare product under your makeup.

Night Creams
Choose the skincare product specifically designed for the night usage. This way, your skin will receive that extra nourishment it needs which it does not get during the day.

Remember, the body does its cellular repair during night, not during the day hours.

Eye Creams

Due to the lack of oil glands in the skin around our eyes and its thinness, take care of this area of your face with a bit more care.

It could be beneficial to use the skincare products specifically designed for your skin around the eyes by the time you’re 30 (yes, we need to take care of it early.)

The products for each goal area will be published in the next separate post.

Please keep in mind that Food your eat daily to control your appetite and lose and maintain your weight is the best food for your skin nourishment!

There is only Do and Not Do.
